WEB Jan 29 2021 nbsp 0183 32 I received my S5 Max a couple days ago now and it s great Really love it Except I have one issue and that is mopping The mop leaves just 2 stripes I tried everything but I can t get it to work normally Anybody any tips I tried wetting the mop then it s fine for a couple of feet WEB May 27 2020 nbsp 0183 32 However as soon as I attach the mop which was a major reason I got the S5 Max it loses its mind Below is what happens when I attach the mop 1 The robot cannot leave the dock on its own I have to gently nudge the robot backwards physically so it can leave the dock 2

WEB Dec 22 2020 nbsp 0183 32 You can try and clean the wheels thoroughly wash the mop cloth and lower the water flow to try a few more times If the issue persists the issue may lie in the wheels We d suggest you contact support roborock to get further assistance

WEB Oct 7 2021 nbsp 0183 32 Turn the device over you ll find two small holes under the robot if you remove the water tank See attached picture Check if there s anything blocking the hole by poking them slightly with a needle Then install the water tank and mop bracket without the mopping cloth Please do the test below to see if the robot itself is fine or not

WEB Oct 13 2020 nbsp 0183 32 Tried using it today and get 0 water leaking out I tried with and without the mop pad and did a full 30 minute run 0 water was dispensed onto the floor Any suggestions are greatly appreciated I had a similar issue on the weekend and found the mopping wasn t working great on my s5max
